The apartment has hot water radiators that are run by a boiler system that was installed in 2012. No steam to bang or forced air to stir dust. The boiler also supplies the heat for the domestic hot water. You will never run out of hot water. No need to wait for your neighbor to finish showering for you to get yours.

With the paved area of the back yard we are able to accommodate 2 cars per tenant. During the winter season that could mean a lot of time & sweat shoveling all of that space. That is why we have provided a snowblower with fuel so that getting where you need to go on those cold days is a little less of a headache.

Let us clarify a few things that are included:

Apartments AT

Each apartment comes with its own window air conditioning unit with the capacity to keep the entire place cool. Have anything that can't get too cold or to hot that you need to tuck away? You will have access to climate controlled storage right in the same building.

First Floor

Heat & water included

In the kitchen you will have your own refrigerator to keep your drinks cold and a range to keep all of your food hot. In the basement you will have access to a shared, front load, washer & dryer that will take your clothes from dirty to ready to fold in just about an hour.
